By the end of this course, delegates would have developed their knowledge and understanding of the following areas of attachment:
- The basics of attachment theory; including definitions, characteristics, types of attachment and brain development.
- The impact of attachment difficulties on social and emotional development within the early years.
- Practical strategies to support young children with attachment difficulties, including the role of the key adult
Audience: Managers/SENCos/Practitioners/Teachers within EYFS supporting children who may have attachment difficulties or anxiety.
