Change within schools can be complex. Looking at change theory, behaviours of different groups of staff and how to overcome reluctance, participants will create a bespoke change project relevant to their setting improvement plans. The project will run over four terms, and through peer-review, will end with an Ofsted ready case-study.
1 full day – Nov 2017, with lunch provided. Please contact the Teaching School if any allergies
3 Half Days – 18th January 2018, 15th March 2018 and 14th June 2018
